KELPWATCH

Kelp Watch is a scientific campaign, based on collaboration between Dr. Steven L. Manley (Department of Biological Sciences, California State University- Long Beach) and Dr. Kai Vetter (UC Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory), and designed to determine the extent of possible radionuclide contamination (primarily Cesium-137 & -134) of the kelp forest ecosystem from seawater arriving from Fukushima in 2014.

NO THRESHOLD FOR FEAR

“No Threshold for Fear” is a video that provides information about some of the societal and and health impacts of the Fukushima reactor meltdown in 2011.  John D. Boice, Jr., Sc.D., the interview subject, has not only worked directly with the Japanese government, but also had first hand experience in Fukushima.
